At Pimoroni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of electronics and maker gear. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unassembled condition.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all components and headers. Custom-built or soldered items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return. If the item is faulty, please include clear photos of your wiring and setup for technical review.
Package Your Items
Safely pack the items in an anti-static bag and a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit. Include a note with your order number inside the package.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked service. Once we inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
